COOK IN WOOD – Cold smoke generator for aromatic wood chips

COOK IN WOOD presents a great new product for cold smoking. Choose the aroma you like from the range of COOK IN WOOD dust flavors for perfectly smoked meat, vegetables, cheese, fish, seafood, and lots more.

Fill the generator with around 140g of wood chips. Light it with a candle or gas torch. Let it burn slowly and steadily for 12 to 16 hours. The recommended temperature for using COOK IN WOOD – Cold smoke generator for aromatic wood chips is 32° C maximum. It can be used on the grill with a lid, or in a smoker, but never in the oven.
