Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 Duck Magret
  • 1 1 Salt
  • 1 1 Pepper
  • 1 1 Butter
  • 1 1 Onion
  • 1 1 Berries
  • 1 1 Foodie of Brandy

Notes

First of all, we make small cuts in the upper part of the magret. We season with salt and pepper.
Once the magret is seasoned, start with the accompaniment. Ignite the charcoal and place a pan on the barbecue.
Put the butter/margarine in the frying pan and when it is melted, add the onion.
Add the berries to the pan while frying the onion taking care not to burn them.
Remove the frying pan from the barbecue and leave it for later.
Now it’s time to place one of our Foodie Power Blocks directly on the embers and let it start to give off its tasty aroma.
Once the Foodie starts smoking, place the magret on the barbecue grill and cook it, lower the lid of the barbecue and let it smoke.
Don’t forget to turn it over and cook it on both sides.
Finally, put the pan with the red fruit and onion sauce back on the barbecue and put the magret in it.
Let the magret soak in the sauce for a while and it is ready to eat. Enjoy your meal!
